Nose ๐Ÿ‘ƒ: Sweet Oak, Orange, tons of Caramel & Vanilla, dried fruits, toasted barrel char

This pour is so complex on the palate that we will have to break it down as it keeps dancing around your palate:

Front Palate ๐Ÿ‘…: Initial burst of blackberry, orange marmalade, Green Apple candy, Cherry syrup.

Mid palate ๐Ÿคค: Super balanced and rich Oak, suuuper oily molasses type viscosity Caramel chew, brown sugar, vanilla, Raisins

Finish ๐Ÿ: Long finish with sweet oak, pepper spice and great Kentucky hug.

This 18yr is a complex pour and how it should be for the age. The viscosity shows up and tells us why more than half the barrel was lost in aging ๐Ÿฅƒ๐Ÿฅƒ

The notes are crazy ๐Ÿคฏ

Nose๐Ÿ‘ƒ: Brown Sugar, butter cream frosting, marshmallow fluff, sweet oak and cinnamon spice. Swirl it around and you literally get a whiff of Sโ€™mores ๐Ÿคค๐Ÿ˜‹

Palate ๐Ÿ‘…: Viscous Vanilla frosting ๐Ÿง, a marshmallow that is freshly toasted on campfire, oak, and Vanilla Snickerdoodle at the back.

Finish ๐Ÿ’จ: Brings out the vanilla bean from toasted barrel, cinnamon, and a continuous note of charred marshmallow that just does not leave the palate.

Can already say, this is going to be a crowd favorite as it really hits all the great notes and such an easy approachable pour. These wonโ€™t last long!

This has the prefect balance of sweetness and oak of a 9 year bourbon. Going to be a great after dinner pour by the fire ๐Ÿ”ฅ ๐Ÿฅƒ
