Brooks Store & Restaurant Brooks Store and Restaurant is located in the Lake Burton community. We are a family owned business and we are open year around. Ruth yourself.

Brooks Store opened in June of 1981. Ruth Brooks, the original owner took this little corner and made it into something spectacular. If you are familiar with the area I am sure you have a few stories of Mrs. Mrs, Ruth passed away June 3rd, 2015. Her granddaughter Kayla now operates the store and restaurant. To continue Ruth's legacy all of the daily lunch specials at the Restaurant are prepared fr

om her personal recipes. Here at Brooks' we want you to feel at home. If you are out on the lake or in the Batesville area and don't want to run into 'town' give us a call!

Unfortunately we are unable to pump gas — this also goes for non ethanol. We have a tech scheduled. Hopefully this will be solved as soon as possible. Please be patient with us. Also if you park in front of our entrance you will be asked to moved immediately.

Happy 4th of July weekend Lake Burton, Lake Seed, and Lake Rabun!! 🇺🇸

Friday July 3rd the restaurant will be serving breakfast only 7-11 and Saturday we will be serving 8-11!

The gas truck just rolled through so we are full on all fuel!

We will have more goodies in the store tomorrow!

I want to say thank you to all of y’all who support us here! We couldn’t do it without you!
