✔️ F1 at 79°F for 10 days (sweet tea + SCOBY)
✔️ F2 at 79°F for 3 days (remove SCOBY, add fruit/juice, let pressure build)
✔️ Chill, then bottle straight from the tap to lock in carbonation 💨
