Do you want to spend a ridiculous amount of money on a product that's possibly defective, possibly expired, and extremely overpriced? Come to Smoke Gallery; the absolute worst smoke shop in Katy!
No returns, refunds, or exchanges by the way. Did you purchase an item that is 2 years expired and want to exchange it due to the fact that it's a potential health hazard? Nope, you should've read the sign. No returns, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Even better, we've got the most lazy, uneducated, underqualified, and unpersonable salesman we could find! Your only option is to shop with him because he's the only employee we have. He will knowingly and blatantly lie to your face about our products as long as it helps him make a sale. As for products that he doesn't know anything about, don't worry, he'll come up with some bs to convince you that it's a good product worth buying.
We previously had a saleswoman who was highly educated, extremely knowledgeable about all our products, friendly, welcoming, honest, highly skilled in customer service, and the most dedicated employee in the industry, but we decided to replace her with an ignorant leprechaun because we simply cannot handle the fact that a woman is running our shop better than us, superior men.
If that wasn't enough to peak your interest, maybe inhaling mold spores is more your cup of tea. We've got enough mold to make everyone in the Katy area sick! Who wouldn't want to shop here?
