1275 Budd Street began life as the American Carriage Company, a factory for horse-drawn carriages. The unique slogan of the company's founder was, "This Way Sinners," after he became inspired by hieroglyphics he found in the Saharan Desert. Built in the 1890's, This Way Sinners has recently been vacated by the Cincinnati Opera after being used for storage the last 3 decades. Now the building has a new lease on life, a life that will no doubt be more interesting than any its had before. The main function of the building is now a storage facility/studio for upcoming artists in the Cincinnati area.

Our rental spaces are currently available and are anywhere from 500-12,000 square feet. We provide two freight elevators to help you easily move your project, big or small, as well wifi and personal phone assistance for your questions (any time of the day). We are family owned and located a mile and a half from downtown, literally minutes from all the action of downtown/OTR.
