A quick update for our evening with Chef Sheldon Simeon
After spending some time thinking through the experience together, we’ve decided to shift from a bento-style meal to a pupus-style buffet.
We want this night to feel like a true pau hana. Easy, casual, and full of aloha. No rushing, no balancing a box while waiting in line. Just good food, good people, and the space to enjoy it all at your own pace.
To keep the experience comfortable (and the food at its best), all ticket time slots will still be honored. We’ll also be refreshing the food at the top of every hour, so each group gets a fresh spread.
We’re still finalizing the menu, but expect a spread of small bites inspired by Chef Sheldon and Chef Julius’ Filipino heritage and upbringing in Hawai‘i. Same night. Same love. Just a better way to experience it.
Maraming salamat and many mahalos
