Since 1857, Iwan Ries & Co. has been Chicago's premier to***conist. Five generations. One family. Our story started in 1857.

Just 20 years after the incorporation of Chicago, a German immigrant named Edward Hoffman opened up a to***co shop in the famed Sherman House. Fast forward 150+ years, and what started as a simple venture turned into a true family business that’s been going strong for five generations. As America’s oldest to***co shop, we’re proud to keep our family’s legacy alive right here in downtown Chicago. We hope you’ll join us to browse a large variety of quality pipes, pipe to***co, and ci**rs or to sit back and relax in our upscale cigar lounge.
