We join our community in mourning the passing of Paola. She was a cherished part of the Trebol family and a loyal patron for many years.

Paola loved Trebol and never hesitated to invite others in to experience our family-owned cantina. Her warmth, kindness and love for our little corner of the community will always be remembered.

We remember Paola with deep love and gratitude. May she rest in eternal peace.

Ayer tuvimos el honor de celebrar en El Trébol a nuestra amiga y querida cliente por haber recibido el Premio Pulitzer por su trabajo periodístico cubriendo momentos difíciles e importantes para Chicago.

Muy orgullosos de compartir este momento contigo. 🍀 Some people make history… and others never forget their community while doing it.

Last night, we had the honor of celebrating a dear friend and longtime patron at El Trébol for receiving the Pulitzer Prize for her outstanding journalism covering some of the most important and challenging moments in Chicago.

We are incredibly proud to share this moment with you. 🍀
