“Located in Applegate Valley of Southern Oregon, Troon Vineyard has a long history dating back to 1972, yet recent years have seen it become one of the most forward-thinking wineries in the U.S., as it is one of just two to have become Regenerative Organic Certified through the Regenerative Organic Alliance. The recent certification follows a conversion to biodynamic farming that has revitalized the estate soils while also providing a template for local and international wineries to reduce environment footprint.”

Nate Winters of will be here next Wednesday 5/13 for a 4 course Wine Dinner featuring their absolutely delicious wines from Oregon. Nate will be on hand throughout the evening to guide us through the wines and share a bit about Troon and their commitment to biodynamic farming.
