We are having more issues with our roof and water at the shop... and delaying the inevitable, just seems silly at this point. I'd love to have done this on the 20th, but....

After 8 years at our current location in Cheektowaga, we have closed our doors to the public for the last time 6/9/26.

We are officially closed.

You will probably see us at the shop over the next couple days / weeks, and we always welcome friends to pop in and say hi, but we no longer be maintaining our 10-10 hours.

While we close up, we can setup appointments for any wholesale purchases, as we do still have SOME product left.

Its been a great time, and we appreciate everyone who has stopped in and brightened our day throughout the years.

We will post more tomorrow, but in light of everything going on, we wanted to let everyone know as soon as possible.

NY Assembly Bill A274

Targeting Ni****ne Pouches, Ci**rs, & To***co Wraps...

When passed, is going to price increase these products a significant degree. The current wholesale sales tax on ci**rs is 75% on the wholesale side, PLUS the NY front facing tax of 8.75%.

This new bill aims to push the 75% wholesale sales tax to 129%... a 48% increase. Front facing prices are about to go up 30-40%+ for ci**rs and wraps.

The biggest hit will be ni****ne pouches, currently, they are not taxed like to***co products. Once this tax is applied, you can expect these to more than double in price.

Example: Zyns will be $11+ for a tin

Its on the table now in congress... and what NYS wants, it usually gets. 🤔
