Wow!!

As we reflect on our journey over the first month, we are filled with gratitude for the incredible support we’ve received from our neighbors and the growing community around us. Taking a chance on an old building next to a historic bridge that was temporarily closing was a leap of faith, and we couldn’t be more blessed to have embarked on this adventure.

This project is truly a labor of love, brought to life by our owners Pam and Bill Reed, Native NYers, who have poured their hearts into creating a welcoming space for everyone—whether you’re a local or just passing through. Our mission is simple: to offer beautiful food and beverage retail items while providing an educational experience in a casual environment.

At PWC, we’re dedicated to bringing you the finest selections, from natural wines to perfect pairings of house-made cheese and local charcuterie. Our tasting experiences, wine club, and exciting collaborations in the works are all designed with you in mind. We are committed to pleasing our community and creating memorable moments together.

Thank you for joining us in this first month of celebrating fine wine, craft beer, and spirits, all complemented by the best cheese and charcuterie pairings. We look forward to growing alongside you and can’t wait to host you soon for a casual afternoon or a wine-focused dinner at our neighboring restaurants.
