Stella Beatrice Paulhamus, 80, of East Ridge, died on Wednesday, May 30, 2012 at her home surrounded by her loving children.

Unfortunately, we have another sad posting. Bruce's mother, Bea Paulhamus passed away early Wednesday morning, May 30. She was a wonderful, loving person who was admired for her strength and ability in raising 8 children on her own after their father's passing. She was surrounded, as she loved to be, by those 8 children along with numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, friends, and other family members during the past few weeks. Visitation will be at the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home across from OLPH on Moore Rd. from 2-4 and 6-8 on Thursday, May 31. The funeral service will be Friday, June 1 at 11:30 p.m. at the funeral home with interment at the National Cemetery. Please keep all of the Paulhamus family in your hearts and prayers.

One of our former employees and a great friend has passed away today. Whether you knew him as Richard Dyer or Tommy Dyer, you knew him as a wonderful person with a great mind and quick wit. Please keep his wife Sandy, daughter Brandie, and the rest of his family in your hearts and prayers.

HAPPY NEW YEAR to everyone!!! We wish all a happy, healthy, and prosperous 2012. Mack's will be open New Year's Eve from 7:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. and New Year's Day from 12 Noon until 9:00 p.m.

MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ONE AND ALL. We will be open Christmas Eve from 7 a.m. until 10 p.m. and Christmas Day from 12 noon until 9 p.m. for your shopping convenience.
