As requested, the "Alternative Recipe" for our Naked & Famous, Extra Shaken - from our ride & sip clip

1oz Mezcal (we used El Occidental for a richer profile)

1oz Faccia Brutto Centerbe Giallo (sub for Chartreuse)

1oz Select Aperitivo (sub for Aperol, more bitterness)

1/2 lime quartered & punched down

Everything extra shaken (to impart more lime notes) of course we recommend you do this via a 5-8 mile mountain bike ride, but in lieu of that you can just shake it a bit longer. Results in a richer, less citrusy alternative
