✨ Casa Baccichetto Cuvée Extra Dry: A playful, finessed sparkler from Ponte di Piave in the Veneto. 80% Glera and 20% Manzoni make it a bit more grounded and interesting than your typical Prosecco.

🍋 Casa Baccichetto Manzoni Bianco: A rare grape you’ll seldom find outside its DOC. Savory yet tropical, with lemon, underripe lychee, a mineral core and a finish that lingers forever.

🌲 Ciavolich Montepulciano d’Abruzzo: Red-fruited and deeply pigmented, with holiday spice, fir tree aromas and plenty of tannin. A more serious take on Montepulciano.

🔥 Cesarini Sartori Benozzo: Bold and powerful Sagrantino with black and red fruit, sweet to***co, tilled soil and wild herbs. Chewy, robust and full of structure.

🧀 Tickets are $15/person and include cheese, charcuterie and light bites. Walk-ins welcome!
