If you’ve had prior iterations of Evangelion then you know that they have found a sweet spot of juicy, creamy, and insanely drinkable. This is more of the same. ⁠Juicy, creamy, and insanely drinkable. Hazy, opaque with a pillowy sweet body, and minimal-bitterness. Tropical citrus flavors dominate with a subtly spicy hop undertone.⁠ of Mango, Ripe Lime, Tangerine, and Passionfruit.⁠ Double Dry-Hopped | Citra | Nelson Sauvin | Motueka⁠.

-Control Loops Double IPA 8.5% ABV.
Collab w/
Control Loops starts with a base of 2-row, flaked oats, and flaked wheat. A whirlpool of our hand selected Citra kicks off the hop bill before a massive dry hop of Motueka, Galaxy and Strata.
Control Loops pours glowing yellow with an aroma of orange slices, ruby red grapefruit and complex berry. Flavors of dank mango, light refreshing melon, and lemon and lime wedges are met with an earthy and dank tropical grass note finishing with their finish and balanced bitterness to tie everything together.

-Berry Dimensions Sour IPA 7% ABV.
The conceptual framework of palate-space depends on unique flavor dimensions along particular ingredients that together determine the full flavor profile and experience. Using blackberry, raspberry, strawberry, select hops, and a touch of lactose, they introduce this new SIPA. Berry Dimensions glows a pink-purple berry color with jammy aromas of fruit leather, berry compote, and gummy fruit snacks. The jammy berry decadence is supported by their thickest mouthfeel yet and to lead you into the next sip of a berry blast.
