Update 2/10: Ice and Water are both working. Thank you for your patience. 

Update Sunday 2/8: water lines fixed. We have water and ice but not much ice left today. If it gets up to 40 degrees we can make ice so if not today we will get full tomorrow.

Unfortunately we have a busted water line from the cold weather. No ice or water for now. Will update once fixed.

Filtered Water customers: I apologize that our water has been out of service for several weeks. A part was back ordered. It has now shipped so hoping to have it installed by early next week.

I will post here as soon as it is working.

5/20 update: WATER IS WORKING !!!!

5/15 update: part was back ordered but now has shipped. Hoping water will be working early next week.

Saturday 4/26 update: they replaced the water parts however one of the new computer boards was bad and they had to order another one. I’m not sure when the water will be fixed, but it will at least be sometime next week. Sorry for the inconvenience!

4/20: The filtered water dispenser is not working. Part arrives Wed. So we hope to have it fixed sometime Thursday. I will update this post when it is working.

Water customers: we were having issues with water flow and accurate amounts. We replaced a part a couple weeks ago but that didn’t fix it. Wednesday 3/5 we replaced two more parts and tested it and everything seems to be working properly now. I don’t think you will have problems but if you do please call the number on the front of the machine.

UPDATE Friday 8/2: 5 pm. Ice machine is working!!!! We have ICE 🧊🧊🧊🧊

Our bin floor motor broke and has to be ordered and installed. This will not be fixed until at least Wednesday of next week. We hope to be back up and selling Thursday 8/1 but will post an update here when we know it’s fixed. So sorry for the inconvenience
