We’ve secured a limited allocation of Bardstown Bourbon Company’s 2026 Discovery, a distinctive release with a Pacific Northwest connection.

This blend brings together 7-, 10-, and 11-year-old bourbons, then spends four additional months in custom-made Garryana oak barrels. This unusual oak adds another layer of spice and complexity to the mature bourbon.

What’s in the glass?
✨ Toasted oak and rich caramelized sugar
✨ Baked apple cobbler
✨ Dried cherry and cinnamon bark
✨ A long, warming finish
