In a show of community partnership, the Wilson's Market and At Altitude Gallery, Cape Charles, have partnered to provide 60 backpacks free of charge to Northampton County children. The backpack giveaway starts now at 245 Mason Ave, Cape Charles. The backpacks are packed with bluetooth earbuds, sticker patches, and zipper charms. If you know a Northampton County family or child in need for the new school year, please stop by and pick up a back pack for them. This will continue until supplies run out. We are open 10-6pm Monday through Saturday.

🧀 August Cheese of the Month: Drunken Goat

This semi-firm goat cheese from the Murcia region of Spain is soaked in Doble Pasta, a traditional regional wine made from the Monastrell grape. The result is extraordinary — a bright white, milky-smooth paste wrapped in a rich violet-hued rind that echoes the grape notes within.

Aged for 60 days, Drunken Goat is mild, smooth, and not "goaty" at all — with a gentle fruitiness in the finish that makes it approachable for everyone. It carries a D.O.P. designation, meaning it's the real thing, crafted by Central Quesera Montesinos, specialists in Murciana goat's milk cheeses.
