🔨🏔️ Big Things Happening at Harley Creek General Store 🏔️🔨
Today is an exciting day up here at Harley Creek. We are getting a brand new roof installed and it feels great to continue investing in the future of our store and this community.
A solid roof means protection, longevity, and a fresh new chapter. We are thankful for the hardworking crew out there making it happen. These guys are getting it done and doing it right. 💪

PSA:
This a photo of one of the river gauge monitors that have been installed on the bridges at Chinquapin Rd. and Burnette Cove Rd. These gauges are a vital part of the new warning system for our community, they are powered by solar panels. However sometime in the last few weeks both solar panels have been stolen. This not only causes problems with getting the system up and running, but once the system goes live this could have significant impacts on warning our community in case of high water. I know people are out and about at all hours of the day and night, if you see someone especially at night messing with one of these gauges or a siren pole, please call the Sheriff’s Office immediately.

Note:
There will be people working on the gauges and poles in the next few weeks that are legitimate (daylight hours).
