🛑📣⚠️Urgent Action Needed to Stop V**e Industry Collapse!! 🛑📣⚠️

We are writing to bring your attention to an urgent and destructive policy threat that is spreading, one that may soon wipe out an entire American industry, put thousands of small businesses out of operation, and erase the hard-fought progress we’ve made in reducing smoking related deaths.

As highlighted in a recent RegWatch interview with Dr. Charles Gardner, the U.S. is experiencing a seismic public health shift:

Over 20.5 million adults in the U.S. now v**e
14.5 million use disposables, which are helping millions successfully quit smoking
Teen va**ng has dropped to 0.9%, the lowest it has ever been
Smoking is declining faster than ever before, and va**ng is replacing it one-for-one
If trends continue, combustible cigarette use will disappear within the next 9 years

Despite this success, the FDA has failed in its responsibility. The PMTA process has become a political tool, not a scientific safeguard. It has authorized only a handful of outdated, to***co industry owned products while leaving 99% of the industry in legal limbo, the very products real adult v**ers actually use.

Now, Pennsylvania has taken this failure even further. With House Bill 1425 (PN1660), the state is seeking to ban the sale of any v***r product not explicitly authorized by the FDA. This would:

Eliminate nearly all v***r products from Pennsylvania stores
Destroy hundreds of legitimate businesses
Force adult ex-smokers back to ci******es
Cement Big Tobacco’s monopoly on ni****ne

If no action is taken, PA will not be the last state. This model will spread and so will the consequences:

Cigarette sales will rebound
Independent businesses will collapse

Millions of adult ex-smokers will be abandoned
And a historic public health victory will be lost

V***rs supported you in 2016. We stood with you in 2020. And we proudly helped re-elect you in 2024.

If the FDA’s failure is not corrected, and these product bans are not stopped, there may be no v**e shops left to continue supporting the Republican Party in 2028.

We respectfully urge you to:

Publicly call out the FDA’s broken PMTA system
Oppose Pennsylvania’s HB1425 and other copycat bans
Protect the rights of adult Americans who have chosen va**ng over smoking and won

This is not a youth epidemic. This is not about flavors. This is about saving lives, protecting freedom of choice, and preserving one of the most successful public health interventions of the 21st century.
