Choke Canyon State Park will be conducting prescribed fires 2/24/25 - 2/26/25.

Expect to see and smell smoke throughout the week. Potential closures on all park trails - call 361-786-3868 for more information!

The boat ramp is still open! (the smaller the boat the better!🤦🏾‍♀️) Plenty of bank to fish from too!!

YES!! We have plenty of live minnows, black saltys, gold fish, perch and carp fillets! 🐟🎣
