BOIL ORDER / Water Service Restored
July 14, 2026

Repairs on the Dolph system are complete; water service is restored. A precautionary boil order is issued for customers who reside at the intersection of Dolph & West Crossroads to the end of service on Hwy 223, and all side roads to include Hatman Lane, Thornton Road, Frosty Knapp Road, and McGenes Creek Road and will remain in effect until further notice, anticipate 7 days. These customers should also expect spurting and aerated water for a couple of days. Other customers on the Dolph system should expect low water pressure while the lines are charged and the tank fills to capacity.

Water Outage, Crossroads & HWY 223

Brunner Hill Public Water Authority is aware of the water outage from the intersection of Dolph & West Crossroads, all of Hwy 223, and all side roads to include Hatman Lane, Thornton Road, Frosty Knapp Road, and McGenes Creek Road. Our Water Operators are out working diligently to obtain necessary equipment and supplies, and to make necessary repairs for restoration of water service. We expect repairs to be complete by the end of business hours today. Additional updates will be sent as the administrative staff is made aware. Please note, a precautionary Boil Order will likely be in place for about a week after restoration of service. We appreciate your patience and understanding!
