We celebrated our "4th anniversary" this week doing something most people will never notice — painting the back of the store 😂 but another project crossed off the list!
Looking back on these four years, Sarah and I can't thank you all enough for your support, encouragement, and patience through the daily messes, endless projects, and moving your favorite products around (again).
We've always taken pride in doing as much of the work ourselves as possible or hiring our great and talented locals. It may have taken four years, but we're building a store we hope this little community can be proud of.
One thing we'll never take for granted is where you choose to spend your hard-earned money. We know the big box stores will always beat us on price, especially as everything keeps getting more expensive. But we believe we can offer something different — unique, quality products, convenience, and most importantly, a feeling of family.
A huge thank you to our employees who help make that feeling of family possible every day. We love seeing you come through the doors, hearing about your families, and catching up on what's happening around the neighborhood. Those personal connections are what make this place special.
And as our to-do list finally starts shrinking, we're getting excited to tackle some of those bigger "in the future" plans we've been talking about for years!
Four years down, hopefully many more to go!
