To***co education incoming! From seed to smoke, the process takes about 3–4 months before aging begins.

Step 1: Seedling & Planting
Seedlings are grown in trays for 4–6 weeks, then moved to the field for continued care.

Step 2: Growth & Harvesting
Flowers are removed so nutrients feed the leaves. Once leaves turn yellowish-green, they’re harvested in stages from the bottom up.

Step 3: Curing
Leaves are dried using methods like air-curing, flue-curing, or sun-curing depending on the desired flavor.

Step 4: Fermentation & Aging
To***co is stacked in pilons, where heat and moisture remove impurities. It’s then aged 2–5 years to develop flavor.

Step 5: Manufacturing
Finally, to***co is sorted, stemmed, rolled or shredded, then packaged and boxed.
