⭐ Tasting Notes: 🤤
Nose: Rich Baking Spices of Cinnamon, Nutmeg, and Clove. Warm Leather Spice and bright Oak Spice. Toffee and Werther's Caramel. Subtle Raisined fruit.
Palate: This translates almost exactly from the Nose to the Palate which is super unique. Cinnamon and Nutmeg. Leather Spice and bright Oak. Werther's Caramel and subtle Raisin. Hint of Whopper chocolate malt balls.
Mouthfeel: Elegant and Soft with a moderate Roundness
Finish: Lingering Leather Spice and Toffee Caramel sweetness

⭐ Overall Thoughts! 💭
This feels like sitting on a Leather Sofa in a warm cozy Cabin near a fireplace. The Baking Spices of Clove and Nutmeg are present but not overpowering. There's a great balance between Sweetness, Spice, Leather and Oak that's very pleasant and approachable, especially for a Craft distillery from Virginia! Come in and ask for a Free Sample! 💪

⭐ Tasting Notes: 🤤
Nose: Sweet Caramel Apple at a Renaissance Faire. Fresh Raspberries. Poached Pears. Orange and Citrus. Brown Sugar.
Palate: Orange Crush Soda. Ripe Cherries and Raspberries. Caramel Apple. Citrus and Golden Raisin. Graham Crackers with Oak Spice and Leather Spice.
Mouthfeel: Round and Oily
Finish: Lingering Citrus, Orange, Raspberry fruits and Graham Crackers

⭐ Overall Thoughts! 💭
The Nose on this is incredible! The Fruity notes are really pronounced and very refreshing. The Yeast that OZ Tyler uses almost always tends to have these fruitier noses and palates. I've tried a good amount of them and each seems to have that similarity. The Orange crush, Citrus, and Fruity Cherry/Raspberry notes remind of Fruity Pebbles right away so we had to slap that on the label. It's still very much a Bourbon with the Caramel and Vanilla undertones but the added Fruit component is delicious. Come in and ask for a Free Sample! 💪
