Not only do we offer great spirits, but we encourage you to choose from our menu of delectables that will perfectly compliment the beverages you serve. While liquor is our specialty, we feature house made soups, salads and sandwiches, and desserts. Proof also boasts a specialty grocery section that has an assortment of cheeses, meats, dips, crackers, chocolates and more!
