A huge congratulations to all the area graduating seniors!

You survived pop quizzes, group projects where one person did all the work, cafeteria food, early mornings, late-night studying, and at least 14,000 Chromebook issues. That deserves recognition.

To the parents — congratulations to you too. You made it through homework, sports schedules, choir concerts, forgotten permission slips, and the phrase “I need this by tomorrow morning” with only minor emotional damage.

Now summer officially begins.
