HOMES FOR RENT

Hi!! The white house on the corner is available for rent 3 bedroom/ 1 bathroom, very cozy home, wood trim, brick fireplace, front & back porch 2k month includes electric, water, trash. Just need to supply your own internet.

Also, the barn apartment will be available in a couple of days 1 bedroom/ 1 bathroom 1,200 month utilities included. Apartment is above barn, barn is used for storage.

Prefer no pets, but open to discussion. It's important we rent to someone who will pay in full, on time, has a healthy lifestyle. We are on the edge of Brooksville, before Floral City, close to Nobleton. We have a wonderful community in Istachatta. There is a park, horse trail and the Withlacoochee bike trail within walking distance. It's a shady and pretty section of the trail. Another park is around the corner, it has a dock and boat ramp. This area is perfect to enjoy the outdoors. Come enjoy the peace of the Withlacoochee River and the woods! There are local stores and gas stations so the necessities are still convenient.

Hi my bicycle peps!
Soooo we purchased Riverside Restaurant! Thank you to all who have made a point to stop by our new endeavor 🫂 David A. Johnson started putting the word out a couple weeks ago. Thank you, David! Riverside is very close to our Provisions store. You can reach Bree's Riverside Restaurant from a side road off of the Withlacoochee trail. Hopefully this map is helpful. You do not need to ride along the main road, use the back road to reach us. Maybe some of the riders can add to my post and provide description. All of our plans will slowly, but surely continue for the Bree's Provisions property. We are so excited about everything! Thank you for your support and be safe! 🫂

Good morning! I had to drive several minutes up the road to get internet. We are good 👍 Big trees down, no electric. Just a heads up, I doubt we will have electricity to be able to serve you'll this weekend. Our generators are keeping the refrigerator & freezer cold 👍 I will keep in touch next time I have internet...
