United Steaks and Spirits is looking for a hands-on Deli Manager / Butcher to lead our deli counter and assist in meat cutting and jerky production. If you’re passionate about high-quality meats and enjoy leading a small team, this is your chance to grow with a fast-expanding local business.

💼 What You’ll Do:
• Cut, trim, and portion beef, pork, and poultry
• Make premium jerky and value-added products
• Lead day-to-day deli operations and team
• Maintain food safety standards (HACCP)
• Handle inventory and display cases
• Deliver top-tier customer service

🧠 What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in deli, meat cutting, or food service
• Knowledge of meat cuts & safe knife handling
• Leadership and communication skills
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet

We offer competitive pay based on skill and experience.
👉 Earn $40,000–$70,000+ annually depending on performance and leadership.
