Old-school butcher-style meatloaf made from beef trimmings, fresh veggies, herbs, Parmesan, and day-old French bread. Ground together for incredible flavor and baked until perfectly golden. Real comfort food.

Full Recipe

* 4 lbs beef trimmings
* 2 carrots, chopped
* 1 white onion, chopped
* 1 tomato, chopped
* Fresh parsley
* Day-old French bread, cubed
* Parmesan cheese cubes
* Garlic
* Salt & pepper
* Oregano
* Thyme
* Paprika
* 2 eggs
* ½ cup milk

Directions

1. Sauté carrots, onion, and tomato until softened.
2. Add cubed French bread to the pan and let it soften.
3. Mix with beef trimmings, parsley, Parmesan, garlic, eggs, milk, and seasonings.
4. Run everything through a meat grinder.
5. Pack into loaf pans.
6. Bake until browned and fully cooked.
