Shout out to Danilo & the whole team for such a special wine dinner last night! Wow! In case you don’t know now you know! Heather, Colin & Ryan consistently offer some of the best experiences in Boston for wine dinners and your everyday night out. Last night was an amazing opportunity to meet new people, hear from the Danilo & connect with the wines on a deeper level. The value at Bar Mezzana and their entire restaurant group is always tops. There is something very special that happens (almost magical) when hospitality is done right. Loved it. Thank you! Please check out all the special events they offer. Kings County Distillery is New York City’s premier craft distillery and among the most acclaimed small distilleries in the United States. They only distill whiskey for their label and never sell whiskey made from any other source.

Kings County represents:

This is of the most interesting and complex barrel picks I’ve ever tasted from King’s County. While all their offerings are top quality I found this pick to have a mysterious brightness about it. I thought it would perfect to release the end of Summer! Incredibly aromatic, notes of creme brulee, white cherry, orange honey and white honey. Very hard to notice it’s 64% ABV, silky texture, salty-mineral finish. More notes tomorrow. I’m going sit sea side with this one tonight-Eileen
