Black's Smuggler Winery A New Mexico winery stashed away on the range south of Albuquerque, we bring southwestern adaptations and an outlaw-smuggler spirit to winemaking.

We are a small winery in Bosque, New Mexico. Located 18 miles northeast of the Ladron or “Thief” Mountains, this area was notorious in the 18th century for being a Smuggler's refuge. These hills have long served as a hideout for outlaws and thieves, and local folklore is steeped in the tales of these men; tales of outlaw adventures and treasures stashed in mysterious caves. It is within riding distance of these “Thief Mountains" where Black’s Smuggler began.

There will be no Farmer’s Market this week. We are packing and loading for Labor Day festivals in Las Cruces and Albuquerque. Update: The Winery will be open regular hours all this week—12-6 PM Thursday thru Sunday. The only change is no Farmer’s Market.
