Blend of three Highland malts all approx 15 years (Clyneilsh, Dailuaine, and Teaninich) includes the usage of hybrid casks with varying toasts during aging, as well as heavily charred, new French oak heads. The result? A Scotch that will speak to lovers of rye whiskey with notes of clove, ginger, and a core of fruity maltiness.

This whiskey turned the Scotch world on its head years ago. John originally added French oak staves and the Scotch gurus said, "No, sir. Not allowed." So he added French oak to the heads of the barrels and continued on with his creative ways. John has now sold Compass Box to new owners and the Spice Tree is going away and will no longer be a core brand. We got our last order of it that we will ever get.

BERA MOSCATO D'ASTI: Our absolute fave floral fizz. The Bera family was the first to estate-bottle Moscato d'Asti in 1964. They only use the muscat a petit grains organic grapes, natural yeasts, and leave the wine on the lees for a textured, complex, gently bubbly version of sparkling Moscato. FAVE BRUNCH WINE! Real men drink moscato d'asti from the highest quality designated Italian region of Cannelli.

COCCHI BRACHETTO D'AQUI: If you and daddy need some alone time this weekend...jus sayin'. We don't call this belly button wine for nothing. Fruity fizz that pairs perfectly with chocolate.

BAILONI APRICOT FRIZZANTE: Carbonated Austrian gruner veltliner white wine with real apricot puree makes for great gift basket addition in 200mls or grab 750s for brunch.

INFANTADO 20 TAWNY: Our fave port producer's 20 year is a georgeous gem.

TRESMONTAINE RANCIO: Labeled "Tabacal" as a hint to pair with your fave cigar. 100% Grenache blanc from the 2002 and 2003 vintages, exposed to the elements in glass demijohns for 18 months, then returned to the cellars to rest in old foudres and barrique for an additional 10 years. The LAST rancio ever produced by Fernand Baixas.

TOUR VEILLE BANYULS: Legendary soul-satisfying sweet red from Southern France made from grenache.

Caipirinha! 10% off cachaça Thurs 6/12!

The recipe is as simple as you can get with just three ingredients: limes, sugar and cachaca. Here’s how to make a perfect caipirinha in 5 easy steps:

1) Cut half a lime into quarters.
2) Place in a glass and add 2 teaspoons superfine* sugar.
3) Muddle till sugar is dissolved.
4) Add ice and 1.5 ounces cachaça.
5) Shake or stir well.

*If you don't have superfine sugar, blend granulated sugar in a blender. This is NOT 10x powdered sugar.
