🚨 Alabama: Stand Up for H**p! 🚨
The Alabama Legislature is considering bills (SB132 and HB445)
Why This Matters: These bills could devastate Alabama's h**p industry, pushing consumers to the black market and depriving them of safe, regulated products. Small businesses across the state are at risk, and the economic impact could be significant. If passed, it Would Ban or severely restrict THCa, Delta-8, Delta-9, and other h**p-derived products, Limit product Dosage per serving, —making most consumables, vapes, and flower illegal as well as Force small, local businesses like ours to remove products, reduce offerings, or even shut down.
