This Friday: Taste five favorites from none other than Kermit Lynch Wine Merchant! We have no doubt that you will discover something new to enjoy, or re-discover and old favorite!

We'll be tasting:
🍷Lumassina Frizzante - Few things are quite as uplifting as this ethereal, floral, lemony quaffer. This bottle is perfect for being outdoors with good food & good friends!
🍷Domaine du Salvard Cheverny Blanc - Sporting aromas and flavors of citrus, orchard fruits, hazelnut, jalapeno, bell pepper, wet stone, lemon zest, pear, melon, lime, gooseberry, and fresh-cut grass, with a pale lemon-yellow or straw color, a full body, good minerality and acidity, and a tart, crisp finish.
🍷Dom de Fontaine Gris de Gris Rosé - The delicate pressing of mostly Grenache Gris grapes has proven its merits as the formula for a rosé that is always crisp, slightly salty, and perpetually refreshing.
🍷Guido Porro “Vigna Pari” Dolchetto - Evoking blackberries, earth, and stones, this red offers a great match for mushroom risotto or your favorite charcuterie board.
🍷Dom de Durban Beaumes-de-Venise Rouge - Evoking black fruit, garrigue, and spice, this rustic rouge is charming and versatile enough for long-simmering stews in the colder months and grilled chicken and sausages on the patio in these warmer months.

Sip into the weekend with us! 🍷 We're getting ready for this Friday's wine tasting at Southbridge, and the lineup is one you won’t want to miss.

We'll be tasting:
🍷Domaine Meyer-Fonné Pinot Blanc - It has obvious thirst-quenching properties, expressed in the form of perky acidity and a mouth-watering, almost smoky mineral note that grabs hold of the back of the palate.
🍷Manon Rosé - Sporting a brilliant pink color and a nose of honeysuckle and fresh white peaches.
🍷Weingut Borell Diehl Pinot Noir - Hand-harvested from estate-owned sites composed of sandstone, muschelkalk and loess; tank-fermented and aged in large, neutral (3+yrs old) French oak barrels.
🍷Chateau la Chapelle Saint Emilion - Beautiful red deep color. The nose shows fine notes of red fruits. The wine offers delicate oak aromas that are powerful and well-engrained.
🍷Once & Future Red & Green Zinfandel - A show-stopping Zinfandel, that also compliments spring lamb, Easter ham, or just about anything from the BBQ grill! Very limited quantities!

We're giving a warm welcome to Chris Guy from Monsieur Touton Selection, LTD. who will be joining us at today's tasting as we journey through the wines of South Africa!

We'll be tasting:
🍷Paul Cluver Wines Sauvignon Blanc - Notes of passionfruit and gooseberry are complemented by bracing salinity, creating a complex and lengthy mouthfeel.
🍷Fram Chenin Blanc - Tasty notes of tree fruits and tropical fruits, earth, and dried herbal complexity, with a tight, racy acidity, juicy ripe peach and pineapple fruit, a waxy texture, and aromas of cold stone fruit, citrus, fresh almonds, and lanolin.
🍷Radley & Finch Pinotage - Plums, cherries and a touch of earthiness are main flavor characteristics of this Pinotage.
🍷Botanical Big Flower Cabernet Franc - An elegant, full-bodied red which displays dark fruit flavors paired with savory, earthy undertones.
🍷Fram Shiraz - It has a punchy but well-defined bouquet of blackberry, bilberry and light star anise and clove aromas.

We're gearing up for tomorrow's tasting, and we are very excited to present from Kermit Lynch Wine Merchant favorites!

We'll be tasting:
🍷Kermit Lynch Vaucluse Blanc - Notes of summertime peaches remain light and fresh due to the cleansing rainwater like finish.
🍷Tintero Rosato - Notes of red berries, tangerine, and ginger.
🍷Tintero Langhe Nebbiolo - Cherries, the faintest hint of tar, a leafy and ever-so-slightly grippy finish come together in a beautiful harmony.
🍷Kermit Lynch Vaucluse Rouge - Notes of black olive, iron, garrigue, and, in the background, dark fruit.
🍷Parcel 41 Napa Valley Merlot - The palate enjoys a velvet-like mouthfeel that is soft and supple drenched with suggestions of chocolate-covered cherries, spicy black plum, and smoky espresso that are rich and luscious.

We're ready for our weekly Friday tasting tomorrow from 4 to 7 pm! We hope you'll join us to discover some new favorites!

We'll be tasting:
🍷Zardetto Private Cuvée Brut - The palate consist of a soft mouth feel with refreshing acidity with notes of golden apple and peach.
🍷Tramin Cuvée T Bianco - This innovative blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, and Sauvignon Blanc, has plenty of weight to stand up to multiple cuisines, but also remains light on its feet with its refreshing, acidity, gentle aromatics, and unique character.
🍷Damilano Marghe Langhe Nebbiolo - The Marghe Nebbiolo sports ruby red with soft garnet reflections and the bouquet has very typical delicate notes, reminiscent of violets and red fruits.
🍷Di Majo Norante Ramitello Rosso - Deep ruby red in color, Ramitello offers generous aromas of plums, forest fruits, dark, chocolate, leather, and licorice.
🍷Rocca di Frassinello Ornello Super Tuscan - Ornello is characterized by an intense aromatic profile with dominant notes of black fruit, plum and cherry, intertwined with nuances of black pepper, cedar and vanilla.

We're switching things up at tomorrow's tasting by sampling some French favorites from Rosenthal Wine Merchant!

We'll be tasting:
🍷Domaine de Massiac Sauvignon Blanc 2023 - Crisp and lively, mouthwatering and invigorating.
🍷Sentinelle Minervois Rouge 2022 - Loaded with dark fruits, spice, minerality, leather, and earth.
🍷Domaine Thevenet Macon-Pierreclos Blanc 2023 - Snappy hints of apple, pear, and minerality.
🍷Domaine Thevenet Macon-Pierreclos Rouge 2023 - It is a light, unpretentious, charming little wine, lithe and supple and eminently quaffable.
🍷Chateau Belregard-Figeac Saint Emillon Hrand Cru - The nose gives rich notes of to***co and coffee, backed by red currant, cassis, and raspberry on the palate. Silky texture.

🍷Dr Hayden Wild Peacock Pet Nat - Naturally sparkling wine from a relatively young German estate!
🍷Cora Cerasuolo D’Abruzzo 2024 - Vibrant Cerasuolo “cherry-like” color. Watermelon rind, lemon zest, and bright juicy cherry with intensity and verve.
🍷VillaPillo Borgoforte - This wine is made in the “Super – Tuscan” style by adding Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes to the classical grape of Tuscany, Sangiovese.
🍷Coro De Gomariz The Flower & The Bee Tinto - A lot of fruit on the nose, ripe red and black fruit, and fresh in the mouth.
🍷Mallea GSM Red Blend - Fresh jovial fruit dances on the tongue with its lively acidity while pepper and Mediterranean spices come out in the finish.

🍷Albet i Noya Brut Reserva - Honey, pastries, and toasted notes cover the palate without ever losing the vibrance of fresh grass or ripe fruit.
🍷Albet i Noya El Fanio - It surprises with its creamy quality and elegance, displaying a marked floral character with hints of fresh fruit, orange blossom, and fennel. Limited quantities!
🍷Bodegas Y Vinedos Monastrell Depaula - On the palate, it is full of juicy fruit flavors with a Mediterranean edge, exhibiting ripe currant and cherry notes.
