W**es of the Week at Southbridge 🍷

Join us this Friday to taste five w**es from Austria, California, Oregon, and Italy!

🍷 Höpler Grüner Veltliner — Light yellow-green in the glass with aromas of pear, tangerine, and lime-like citrus.

🍷 Hobo W**e Company Banyan Gewürztraminer — Rose petals, gardenia, and honeysuckle on the nose. Lychee, ripe nectarine, mandarin orange, and pear with a hint of ginger. Great with sushi, Thai food, or Thanksgiving.

🍷 Charlotte Louis Pinot Noir — Rogue Valley Pinot Noir from high-elevation vineyards, aged 10 months in French oak. Polished and complex.

🍷 Il Palazzotto Dolcetto di Diano — Supple, freshly crushed blackberries and raspberries with enough spine to pair with anything off the grill.

🍷 Lava Cap W**ery Petite Sirah — Blackberry, blueberry, and clove with dark berry fruit and savory spice. Full-bodied, with big tannins and ample acidity.

Autumn is here, and we’d love to have you join us for a tasting! Stop by this Friday from 4 to 7pm to sample five w**es that capture the season. 🍂

🍷 Cazin Crémant de Loire — Hand-disgorged Chardonnay bubbles from the Loire. A lovely way to start the tasting.

🍷 Altugnac Chardonnay — Fresh, chiseled, and charming. Green apple, pear, lemon confit, and white peach with a creamy, mineral-driven finish.

🍷 Feudi del Pisciotto Frappato — Cherry, pomegranate, and strawberry with a whiff of spice. Light on its feet and a wonderful alternative to Pinot Noir.

🍷 Le Haut-Médoc de Trintaudon Bordeaux Rouge — Blackcurrant, dark plum, cedar, and to***co. Warm and generous, made for beef tenderloin or rack of lamb.

🍷 Maynard’s 10 Year Tawny Port — Honey, toffee, dried fruit, and butterscotch. One to save for a chilly night with friends.

🍷 Clos Amador Delicat Cava Brut — Elegant, family-made sparkling from the Penedès. A golden opportunity to discover Cava.

🍷 Botanica Chenin Blanc — Layers of concentrated pear, citrus, and stone fruit with mouth-watering acidity and a tangy, mineral core.

🍷 Corte Gardoni Bardolino — Amarena cherry and crunchy minerality, with cool-climate Pinot Noir vibes. Light, fresh, and invigorating.

🍷 Botanica Big Flower Cabernet Franc — Organically farmed on a working protea flower farm. Savory and spice-driven with a leafy, peppery edge. Medium-bodied.

W**es of the Week at Southbridge 🍷This week's lineup travels from the Italian Alps to northern Spain and the south of France!

🍷 Huguet de Can Feixes Penedès Blanc — A blend of Parellada, Macabeo, Chardonnay, Malvasia de Sitges, and Xarel·lo from 600-year-old, high-altitude organic vineyards. Intriguing and delicious.

🍷 Corte Sant'Alda Inti Verona Garganega — An "orange" w**e, with skins left in contact with the juice for unique color, aroma, and texture. From a Biodynamic-certified producer.

🍷 La Kiuva Arnad Rouge de Vallée — 70% Picotendro (a local Nebbiolo clone) with Gros Vien, Neyret, Cornalin, and Fumin. Red fruit and delicate spice, dry and smooth, with silky tannins and a lengthy finish.

🍷 Chateau Chambert Cahors Les Allées — A ripe and spicy biodynamic Malbec with mouthwatering acidity and soft, velvety tannins.

🍷 Huguet de Can Feixes Penedès Negre Tradició — A Bordeaux-style blend (Merlot, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Sauvignon) aged 12 months in French oak plus 6 years in bottle. Smooth, silky tannins with a long, layered finish.

Our W**es of the Week span the Loire, southern Rhône, Priorat, and Napa Valley — including a very limited allocation of Hardin Cabernet Sauvignon. Stop in and taste with us tomorrow from 4 to 7 pm!

🍷 Foucher Lebrun Petite le Mont Sauvignon Blanc — A succulent, zippy Touraine Sauvignon Blanc, the baby sister to Sancerre Blanc Le Mont.

🍷 Domaine de Fondrèche Ventoux Blanc — A blend of Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, Clairette, and Rolle. Finesse-driven with moderate alcohol from chalky soils.

🍷 Mas d'en Gil Bellmunt Vi de Vila Priorat — Mostly Grenache with Carignan, grown on Priorat's llicorella slate soils. Power, finesse, structure, and balance.

🍷 Domaine de Fondrèche Ventoux Rouge — 60% Grenache, 30% Syrah, 10% Mourvèdre from 40-year-old vines, aged in steel, foudre, and concrete egg.

🍷 Hardin Cabernet Sauvignon — Organically grown, sourced from sites across Napa Valley (Calistoga, St. Helena, Atlas Peak, Coombsville, Oak Knoll). Aged 17 months in French oak. Only 60 bottles available.

🍷 W**es of the Week at Southbridge!

Domaine LaFage returns to Southbridge - this week's lineup is a masterclass in southern French varietals from Roussillon, France's driest and hottest growing region.

🍷 Novellum Chardonnay - Peach, pear, lemon zest, green apple, and tropical hints of guava and papaya, aged partly in neutral French oak on the lees of Viognier. Refreshingly clean, mouthwatering finish.

🍷 Côte d'Est Blanc - Old-vine Grenache Blanc, Chardonnay, and Rolle blend with white flowers, citrus, and a hint of stone fruit. Crisp, vibrant, and effortlessly drinkable.

🍷 Bastide Miraflors - Dark berries, ripe cherries, wild herbs, and hints of white pepper. Lush and energetic.

🍷 Tessellae GSM - Old-vine Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre with blackberries, plums, dark chocolate, licorice, and thyme and lavender undertones.

🍷 Côtes Catalanes Narassa - Old-vine Grenache and Syrah, hearty with blackberry, dark plum, wild herbs, pepper, and a touch of smoke.

🍷 Villa Bucci Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Classico — Fresh citrus blossom, green and golden delicious apple, almond, with a hint of sea salt and mountain herbs.

🍷 Marabino Muscatedda (Dry Moscato di Noto) — Aromatic and floral, with light notes of sea and citrus, rendered dry from Sicily's only native white grape.

🍷 Casa E. Mirafiore Langhe Nebbiolo — A "baby Barolo" with nutmeg, to***co, plum, blackberry, and balsamic notes. Velvety tannins built to age 5-7 years.

🍷 Casa E. Mirafiore Barolo — Bold and bright, with vanilla spice, velvety black fruits, and licorice. Black pepper and refreshing acidity carry an ultra-lengthy finish.
