Brew England has 180 square feet of unused retail space we’re looking to fill!

With ever rising rents of commercial real estate, fees and labor, this is the perfect opportunity for those looking to dip their toes into the world of retail without a huge commitment.

Not only do you get 180 square feet of dedicated retail space (plus display space) you’ll also be outfitted on Brew England’s ToastPOS and since I’m manning the register 48 hours a week anyways you’ll have access to a dedicated clerk to cash customers out and assist them (during Brew England’s normal hours).

Rent month to month or long term. Dividing the space further is also possible.

Not a sublease, but a partnership under the Brew England umbrella. Products limited to what the space is licensed to sell.
