Job Title: Convenience Store Manager
Location: Ayden, NC
We are seeking an experienced Convenience Store Manager to oversee daily operations, lead staff, maintain inventory, and drive sales while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily store operations, including opening/closing and safety compliance
• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly
• Monitor inventory, place orders, and maintain merchandising standards
• Handle cash, track sales, control expenses, and meet sales goals
Qualifications
• High school diploma (college preferred)
• 2–5 years retail experience; management experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Basic computer and financial skills
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
• ServSafe certification preferred
Working Conditions
• Standing for long periods
• Lifting up to 40–50 lbs
• Fast-paced environment with flexible hours
