Just arrived, and we've already sold through a quarter of it! 👀
Cornish Kern from West Cornwall will instantly elevate your next cheese board. Seriously, this cheese is beautiful inside and out, and we haven't even talked about the flavor yet! 🧀😍
A lengthy maturation and Alpine-like process create a smooth, well-rounded, and richly flavored cheese. Cornish Kern has a lovely intensity, with a savoury, bright, caramel-sweet nuttiness, and a pinch of salt for balance.

Each wheel of Invierno (Winter Cheese) comes with its own batch mark. Many artisanal Vermont cheesemakers mark each cheese wheel individually to track production dates, milk sources, and affinage time for quality assurance. To a cheese enthusiast, though, the batch mark is a subtle sign of small-batch, hand-crafted cheese. 🧀💛
