Hi everyone! Hope you are all doing well.
I have a question.
What kind of place would you like to see in this plaza? We are having a hard time finding a renter and if anyone is thinking about a business , I thought this may help.
Here are some thoughts that I thought of,

All day breakfast, more breakfast items then lunch/dinner

BBQ

How about a polish/ European type place?

Change gears and focus more on candy/ice cream

Or really change gears and have a shop that has party/ bakery making items? (I made some contacts while in business) i know our closest is greensburg and north Versailles.

Or what is your idea? What do you think will do well in this plaza?

Unfortunately this is our last week , we have jewelry $1.00, metal signs $3.00, giftware 50% off excluding wreaths,

Donuts and bagels are $1.00 each while supplies last.
If none are in case, just ask.

We are selling tables and shelving in the shop if anyone needs anything.

If.you know someone who owns or opening an ice cream shop, i have stuff for sale as well.

If you were at the fall cookie class, the cookie cutters have arrived. They will be at the shop from 10-2 all week until we close. If you are attending the christmas cookie class , we will have them for then as well.

Bad news, unfortunately with our attempts and efforts to stay open, we can't do it financially. The previous obstacles made a huge dent in our finances that we are unable to recover. Therefore we have a major sale going on. All candy and items in the store front will be sold at 50% off. Only exclusion will be the wreaths and what's remaining of the Wendel Springs. NOW IS THE TIME TO STUFF THOSE STOCKINGS!!

Closing is scheduled for Dec 20th.

We will be selling our shelves, stools, tables, and kitchen items if you know anyone interested.

Also the place will be available for rent if you know anyone wanting to start or expand a business. Our loss is their gain. We have excellent neighbors in the plaza as well as customers and I don't believe any food business can go wrong. Contact myself for a walk through, and William for leasing terms

Secret Santa is still going on! All gifts are to be returned by Dec 16th unwrapped, and parents, I will arrange for pick up after your child(ren)s gifts arrive.
