Today I had the Big Bap and can I tell you that Baptism River Barbecue Co.s version of the Big Mac was better than we ever could have thought! Delicious, juicy, real beef and made with love. Not a single person could ask for better. We love you Baptism BBQ ❤️

Did I forget to mention we now offer adult slushy’s?! They go perfectly along with this beautiful summer weather we are having.
We make an assortment of homemade flavors including, but not limited to, piña colada, lime margarita, strawberry daiquiri, sangria, sour warermelon and orange dreamsicle. Make sure to stop in and try one out!

This sweet intact male German Shepherd is still with us. He was brought in by the THPD on Friday and was found at the “Green Door” in Beaver Bay.
He is patiently waiting for his owners to pick him up!

What a beautiful Memorial weekend it’s been on the North shore ☀️ We’re thoroughly enjoying seeing all your amazing faces and enjoying our beautiful home (not to mention the best BBQ around)! The 2025 🦫 Green Door smelt fry has exceeded all our expectations. The phenomenal turnout is a shining example of what can be achieved when we come together. 😃

Our heartfelt thanks goes out to everyone who played a role in making this event a huge success for our small community. Baptism River Barbecue Co., Green Door staff, The City of Beaver Bay, Lovin' Lake County and all the incredible volunteers have raised the bar once again!

As the icing to our smelt cake; incredible live music, a successful OutdoorOutdoor Sports Expo, and great memories to share.
