Three years of What If. 🥃✨
Over the last three years, we’ve poured a lot of spirits—but more importantly, we’ve built relationships. We’ve welcomed new faces who became familiar ones. We’ve shared tastings, celebrations, live music, collaborations, conversations, milestones, and more memories than we could ever fit into one post.

Because What If has never been just a distillery.
It’s the community that continues to show up for us. It’s the friendships and partnerships we’ve built along the way. It’s the people who tell someone about us, bring their friends through our doors, support our releases, celebrate with us, collaborate with us, and believe in what we’re building right here in Baton Rouge.

Every bottle poured, every event, every connection and every person who has supported us has become part of our story.

Three years of building something we believe in—and we’re just getting started.

To everyone who has been part of this journey: thank you. Thank you for supporting a local dream, supporting Louisiana-made spirits, and helping make What If what it is today.

Bayou Blessing has officially made its way to the neighborhood! 🥃✨

Looking for your favorite cocktail while dining at your favorite local restaurant? You can still enjoy Bayou Blessing even when you’re not at our tasting room.

Our Bayou Blessing Gin is now being featured in a Negroni special at Little Village, bringing our Louisiana-made spirit to an Italian classic. 🇮🇹🌿

We’re especially excited about this collaboration and we have SIANA Distribution to thank for helping get Bayou Blessing into Little Village and onto their menu.

There’s nothing better than seeing local businesses supporting one another and watching a spirit made right here in Baton Rouge make its way into more of our city’s favorite restaurants.
