By participating in the photography session I acknowledge and agree that the photographer and author may photograph my pet and may use, reproduce, publish, edit, display, and distribute photographs of my pet in connection with any children’s book and its promotion, publication, advertising, and related publicity, in print, electronic, online, or social media format, without additional notice, approval or compensation. I also understand that neither myself nor my pet will be identified in any way in any publication issuing from this photographic session.
Participation is voluntary and I acknowledge that if I do not chose to have my pet photographed I have signed the exemption form.
