Time for another "Bun" Appétit Friday with what we think is becoming a specialty here Maybrier’s Bayou Bearcat! Are we proud of its awesomeness? Oh yes! Are we sometimes glutinous and eat more than one at the same time? Oh yes!! Do we also wish to "patty" like a rock star? Also yes! But, we couldn't even if we...."fried" !!

Bruuuuh! Okay, politics aside, it's time to "meat" in the middle and enjoy another gem from Maybrier’s Bayou Bearcat's kitchen. We think that "brat" life is the "link" to our happiness! Puns live in our souls here and we don't seem to know when to stop. It's not our "wurst" idea, though!! Okay!, But, on a more (but still less) serious note, we thank you immensely as always for allowing us to do what we do while being close to home doing it!

Why DID the chicken indeed cross the road? Meh!!! So, maybe we're not very funny comedi-hens (oh, somebody stop this caffeinated soul!!). However, when it comes to that home cooked southern cluck cluck meal, we here at Maybrier’s Bayou Bearcat have set some very high "egg-spectations" for us! Let's get into the spirit of the Swine Festival. OINK IF YOU AGREE!. We are sure getting some Hog Heaven Vibes with Maybrier’s Bayou Bearcat's new menu. Because we want to make sure it's fresh and hot, it's made to order only!

And, obviously, since you asked, we made sure to oblige! Camoflage hats in time for hunting season. They're definitely NOT "boar-ing."

And, because we're local, and all about supporting our local families, we have Vine & Virtue as well as Chelsea's Hot Honey. Time to "Bee" healthy! It's all the "buzz" !!

For those of us that are going to be participating in No-Shave November (wifey is already mad at me, of course), let's keep the tradition with another at Maybrier’s Bayou Bearcat! Is this your childhood memory of your Mom's Spaghetti (get the reference?)??? Heck no!! We would never be able to replicate your mom's delicious meals.....BUT WE MAY COME PRETTY CLOSE! Welcome to November, y'all! After the sugar rush of October, it's time to gobble gobble this month because ...believe it or not, time has flown on by here Maybrier’s Bayou Bearcat! We've been at this for only 11 months and, without your support, we don't know where we would be, but we can say that we may have more additions to this beautiful place in the future! One day at a time, though, and for now we're going to...stop winging it, and pass the gravy!
