Woody Creek Distillers philosophy for every spirit it distills is as follows: To make a spirit of genuine integrity, true to its essence, and unique in its taste and character. Hand-picked, hand-crafted, hand-bottled, Woody Creek Distillers (WCD) has total control over every element of vodka production from farm to bottle. WCD grows its own potatoes at Scanlan Family Farm in Woody Creek, Colo. (as well as other farms in Colorado’s Roaring Fork Valley), specifically for vodka and gin production, and sources mountain spring water locally to produce its ultra-premium American spirits. Each small batch is made at its 10,000-square-foot, distillery in Basalt, Colorado using custom Carl stills. Bourbon Apple C***r (serves 2):
4 oz Woody Creek Bourbon
6 oz Apple C***r
1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1⁄2 oz Cinnamon or Demerara Syrup
Add bourbon, lemon juice and syrup to a warmed mug. Add hot c***r and stir.
Garnish with a lemon wheel & cinnamon stick.

Batched Regan, recipe for 4 cocktails:
6 oz Woody Creek Bourbon
1 oz Spicy Woody Creek Rye
1 oz strawberry syrup
1 oz honey syrup
2 oz Lemon juice
Garnish: half orange wheel with chili powder

We didn’t invent the bourbon espresso martini. We just make ours with Woody Creek Bourbon, which is really the only part that matters.

Maple Bourbon Espresso Martini
2 oz WCD Bourbon
1 oz Fresh Espresso
3⁄4 oz Coffee Liqueur
1⁄2 oz Pure Maple Syrup
1–2 dashes Angostura bitters
Tiny pinch of salt
Shake hard with ice for about 15–20 seconds, then double strain into a frozen coupe.
Garnish with a dust of cinnamon.
