Now Hiring at Nowata Road Liquor. Must be over 21 and have an Oklahoma Liquor license. Apply in person, we don't have an online application and will not email you one. Looking for part time and/or full time employees. Shifts are typically 3:00PM-Closing. Starts at $10/ hour

Might also hire someone to come in for 2-3 hours Wednesday afternoons to stock beer cooler. Must be willing to dust, sweep, and mop. Must be able to work weekends and holidays. We are closed Sundays, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas day.

People keep asking will our prices be going up on imported items?
I am sure they will but not immediately. There is a section in our Oklahoma Liquor Law that says the state must be notified of price changes and there are timelines to go with that. I will post that below. We will absolutely not be raising prices until we have reordered at a higher cost.

"All manufacturers, except brewers, must submit a monthly price posting report for all non-designated products. This report does not apply to a manufacturer that has designated a wine and spirits wholesaler to sell its product in the state or to a brewer who has appointed a beer distributor as a designated wholesaler.

This report is due on the 15th of each month to be effective the first day of the following month. If the 15th is on a weekend or holiday, the report is due the next business day. No change or modification of the posted price shall be permitted except upon written permission from the ABLE Commission based on good cause shown "
