Evil Twin came in hot with a summer crusher that still packs serious hop character.

Double dry-hopped with Citra & Motueka, this hazy IPA leans hard into fresh citrus, orange juice vibes, subtle mango, and soft tropical notes while keeping that pillowy New England mouthfeel.

The beer feels like rooftop speakers, humidity, and poor decisions after sunset.
Which honestly seems to be the point.

Hop Butcher doesn’t exactly make “quiet” beers, and Triple Grid is another full-send hazy monster.

Built around hand-selected Citra & Mosaic hops, this Triple IPA throws out waves of orange sherbet, overripe mango, grapefruit, and sticky tropical fruit with that creamy Hop Butcher texture people chase. Somehow drinks softer than a 10.5% beer has any right to.

This is the kind of beer that turns a “just stopping in for one” into a very different evening.

Every once in a while, we walk by a bottle and wonder:

"Do people actually know what they're looking at?"

Penelope Architect isn't flashy.

It isn't allocated.

It doesn't require joining a waiting list, winning a raffle, or knowing a guy who knows a guy.

What it does do is take an already excellent four-grain bourbon and finish it with French oak staves, adding layers of vanilla, crème brûlée, toasted oak, baking spice, and rich caramel that separate it from your average bourbon shelf filler.

At 104 proof, it brings plenty of flavor without crossing into "face-melting" territory.

And here's the part that always gets us:

Every time someone finally takes a bottle home, they come back wondering why they waited so long.

We can't tell you it's the best deal in town.

But we can tell you we've seen more than one customer look at the shelf tag, look at the bottle, and then look at the shelf tag again. 👀

This beer has absolutely no business tasting this much like walking past a bakery at 8am.

Blueberry Muffin Yeti from Great Divide takes their legendary imperial stout monster and stuffs it full of jammy blueberry, sweet muffin character, roasted malt, vanilla, and dessert-shop decadence. Somehow it still drinks smooth despite clocking in at 9.5%.

Imagine:
🫐 Fresh blueberry preserves
🧁 Warm muffin tops
🍫 Dark chocolate roast
☕ A little coffee bitterness hiding underneath the pastry chaos

It’s rich. It’s absurd. It’s basically brunch in cryptid form.

Dessert stout fans, pastry freaks, and anyone who’s ever eaten a muffin standing over the sink at midnight… this one’s calling your name.

Some IPAs kick the door in.
