Are you the kind of person who can tie a boat knot, carry a tray, and keep your cool when the kitchen gets wild? Do you know your way around boat operations and also know the difference between medium rare and “still mooing”? If so, we want you.
On The Wake Grill and Store is on the hunt for an energetic, outgoing, fun, and festive team member to join our crew. We’re looking aggressively for the right candidate — someone with boat experience and operations knowledge, plus culinary and/or server experience.
Basically, we need a unicorn who can work the water and the floor.
What we’re looking for:



• Boat experience and operational knowledge



• Culinary and/or serving experience



• Great attitude and strong work ethic



• Someone who can handle busy days, happy guests, and the occasional chaos with a smile

Due to some logistical issues, weather and Easter weekend we have chosen to move opening weekend to the following weekend of April 10,11 and 12th. Sorry for the delay and we look forward to meeting everyone the following weekend. DM if you have any questions.
