Dear Parcel Shop Customers!
Due to the high volume of parcels we kindly ask you to be patient while we retrieve your parcel and have the following information ready for our staff members :
- which courier is your parcel coming with? ( Evri, In Post, DPD, Yodel or Amazon)
- what company did you place your order with? ( Vinted, Next, John Lewis etc)
- when did you receive your email that the parcel is ready to collect?
Please have your ID (drivers licence, bank card) ready for any Evri parcels and have your collection code ready for ALL OTHER couriers.
