Now available! This is ten year old distillate produced by Demerara Distillers Limited (DDL) of Guayana and bottled by Blackadder (one of our favorite independent bottlers of rare rum and whisky). This was made on DDL's Port Mourant still, which dates back to the 1600s. The Port Mourant still is a double wooden pot still that produces distillate of unique character reminiscent of tropical fruit, leather, green wood, exotic spice and talcum powder.
