FRIDAY MAY 22ND ! Georgia 🇬🇪 Takes Texas !

John Wurdeman (Pheasant’s Tears), Ramaz Nikoladze (Nikoladzeebis Marani), Aidan Raftery (Igavi Wines), John Okruashvili (Okro’s Wines) are making a stop on their ambitious FIFTEEN day road show. We are smack dab in the middle of their journey so let’s give them a big Texas welcome and send em on their way refreshed or if we have anything to do with it, much more tired.

THIS SUNDAY MAY 17TH is HERE. Tickled that accepted our invite to come down and cook cause I’m not exactly sure how would’ve handled the rejection.

Save the 36hr commute on Amtrak and just park in our lot for the full Mutton experience via a laser focused menu of the hits.

🍽️ Cucumber, Radish, and Sardine salad w/ buttermilk dressing

THURSDAY MAY 7TH LoLo & are chuffed to welcome to Austin, TX.

For those not in the know, is a wonderful 11 seat bar in the great city of Detroit who keeps getting nominated for BEST this and BEST that. Probably gonna take home the BEST NEW BAR from JAMES (Maddison Mitchell) BEARD in June. You want to be here for this.

Back in late January we all met on the wine trail in France. Burgundy > Ardèche > Auvergne > Loire. We cooked. We drank. We cooked and we drank again. There was a basement full of and a black swan named Bernie. These trips leave you better educated on the wine you sell and turn you on to new producers but what’s most special is you leave bonded to your travel companions who have the same vision on hospitality and wine. And then… you throw a party together just an excuse to hang again.

Nick & Zech are serving up mortadella sandwiches and ice cream, is playing Liquid Liquid, and we are pulling a bunch of wine we keep out of reach for occasions such as this. Gonna keep this one inside so it feels like Chenin. Ok? OK!

These are the ground breakers, the educators, the core of natural winemaking in Catalunya and the foundation of what we do here at the biggest little wine bar on E6th. FRIDAY MARCH 27TH ! does IZAKAYA at L°L° ! Pumped to host Chris & Team while they finish build out their much anticipated brick & mortar.

It’s just a wee bit too hot to slurp ramen on a patio so they’re running a fun menu designed for drinking and we’re bringing the correct bevs.

Wine from Japan! 🇯🇵 Wine from Mexico! 🇲🇽 Dominguitos! 🍺 Nani! 🍺 Namagenshu in a cup! 🍶

And of course we contracted the 👑 of Cumbia to treat your ears. Maybe a little city pop too? His call.
